Job Description

Evolve Construction LLC is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Vice President of Construction to join our team in our office in Florida. This position also supports remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and implement strategic plans for construction projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and lead a team of construction professionals
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Review and analyze project budgets, schedules, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Participate in business development activities to secure new projects
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing large construction projects
• Knowledge of construction software and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
