Senior Civil Engineering Job Description

Location: Colorado, CO (Remote work supported)

Job Description: The Senior Civil Engineer at Evolve Construction LLC will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This individual will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Senior Civil Engineer will also be responsible for conducting site evaluations, preparing design plans, and ensuring that all work complies with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and design of civil engineering projects
• Conduct site evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement
• Create and review architectural and engineering plans
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members
• Ensure that all work complies with regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Perform cost estimates and prepare project budgets
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
